I received no proper support when I filed a claim. Instead of resolving the claim reasonably, the insurer repeatedly rejected it on changing grounds, asked for documents one by one, and extended the process unnecessarily.There was no clear communication, no timeline, and no accountability — only delays, confusion, and needless chaos. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this Agent/Agency.
